The daily mileage is completely wrong. If I add up the number of miles shown for each hour during the day it is approximately accurate. But the daily total shown is about twice as many miles. So yesterday my hourly distances added up to 2.8 miles but the daily total is showing as 4.93 miles.
And today I have so far been upstairs just once since waking but it says I’ve climbed two flights.
Anyone else having these issues?

I have a Charge 4 and an issue with the listed flights of stairs, too. I'm not trying to "outdo" you, but my device has tracked 80+ on a day when I on did 3 flights. I have been looking for help for a long time, but I have never found a solution. I have a Charge 4 and an issue with the listed flights of stairs, too. Well it’s kinda comforting knowing I’m not the only one! I’m wondering if a new Charge 6 would have the same problems - not keen to invest unless I know it will be better.

@Helen5 the Charge 5 &6 do not have thd hardware needed to count floors.
Counting floors can be an issue. Especially in windy conditions. Your watch, at sea level, is looking for a change in air pressure equivalent to a 1.5 X 1.0 inch sheet of paper. As you get higher in altitude, the change in weight gets even less.
