New Charge 4 set up and synced with app. Clock appears as soon tapped or button pressed.
As soon as I try to swipe up or down or left the screen goes blank. I have reset several times.

I appreciate you share your experience with the Community. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
