Charge 4 not charging

I have had 3 fitbit’s, this is the first I have had issues like this with

try turning off your fitbit on the watch, this is what the company told me to do. Waiting to see how it goes.

Hi, Just been advised its out of warranty, so obviously watches only last 2-3 years! Not inclined to buy an expensive one now.
