Charge 4 not charging

Lately, my charge 4 Fitbit just shuts down with no notice but it’s charged. Then when I charge it, it gives me a smile face but it’s not charged. I continue to play with the Fitbit on the charging station to get it to work or charge.  Its been acting whacky lately and not consistently working. I won’t get a new Fitbit until they improve the later models. I like my current Fitbit Charge 4

I'd suggest you restart the device as indicated in this help article.

Please try to follow all the steps listed in this help article, in order to get the device charged.
