My charge 4 does not track steps. Sleep is not accurate.  I updated app. Still not working.  Can't find settings on fitbit wrist.

Could you please describe what you see on your Charge 4?

Do you see the steps on the Fitbit app after syncing?

The more details you can provide, the better the Community can help you further. 

Have you tried restarting your Charge 4?
