Charge 4 not holding charge

I’m so angry -my less than a year old charge 4 all of a sudden won’t hold any battery life. This happened overnight. I also have a premium subscription that I want to cancel because this is ridiculous and I’m not getting any support! Who can you even contact?

I have the exact same problem! It just happened overnight. Super frustrating! I wonder if is any way to fix this issue!

Sounds like they made a change to the software and now it's draining our batteries at an insane rate! My charge used to last a week, now it lasts a day.

Mine is not even lasting a day. It’s less than a year old. FitBit - what are you doing to rectify this? I have a subscription to premium which I will be cancelling immediately if this is not rectified

My battery was deemed defective. There is a new device on its way. Use the
live chat - it was pretty painless

Yes! After speaking with Customer Service about the issue I had the same result. Very pleased that a replacement Fitbit will be delivered soon.
