Charge 4 not swiping across to exercise App

My Charge4 has stopped swiping across and therefore cannot access the exercise app. Tapping on the screen will change the stat that is displayed.

I have rebooted the device countless times. I have changed the clock screen 4 or so times.

Nothing seems to work.

How do I resolve or reimage the device so that it works?
