It’s only started yesterday but I racked up a good 23k steps yesterday and I noticed in one of my challenges it wasn’t updating it. It’s still today saying I only did over 18k which is wrong.
I’ve been in touch with Fitbit and all they’ve said that it’s an ongoing issue they are looking into. Has anybody else had this problem?

Hello @roxymarshall85
Is it possible that the challenge in question (the one showing 18K) was initially created by someone in a different time zone then yourself? If that’s the case then it would make sense. The challenge begins and ends in the challenge owners time zone, so if you're in a different time zone than the challenge owner, you may notice that your challenge leaderboard stats do not always match your dashboard stats.
😃 I hope that makes sense and clarifies the situation you might be experiencing.

See Fitbit said that same thing but this person who is in a different time zone has set up challenges before and it’s never affected the steps.
I also have a friend in the same country as me and hers are updating fine.

Hello again @roxymarshall85
You can certainly try quitting the challenge in question then have a friend in that challenge immediately invite you back. Sometimes that will help solve the issue if the time zone is not in question.
😃 Let me know if this helps

I have the same problem. There is a 2 hr time zone difference between me and the challenge organizer. And every time someone in a different time zone sets up a challenge I look like I’m just laying down the entire time. In the past 24 hrs I’ve walked over 10k steps but the challenge only shows 121. Fitbit never had a solution for this.
