Ive had the Charge for a year now and it has been tracking fine. Recently I don't even see sleep or steps being reported on the app. I know it's tracking my steps as the Fitbit device is showing steps. But it's not showing sleep.
I have restarted my device, logged out of the app then back in, uninstalled the app and reinstalled and they are still not showing in the app.
