Hello,
my charge 4 doesn’t vibrate anymore. It has been acting up for almost 6 months now. I have vibrations set to strong on the device. In Fitbit app, step goals and exercise notifications are on. In iPhone settings for Fitbit also have notifications on.
I have restarted Fitbit by holding 8 seconds, but nothing has helped yet.
has anyone else gone through this and was able to fix this issue?suggestions welcome.

In Quick Settings, make sure you don't have have DND (do not disturb) turned on, and are not in Sleep Mode.

I had DND on somehow. Removed it and now Fitbit vibrates. Thanks

@sushmas That's great news! Thanks for sharing this update.
@Millymillz Thanks for sharing your inquiry about the issue with the vibration.
Could you please confirm if you've tried the suggestion @JohnnyRow mentioned earlier? Checking the DND Mode (do not disturb) and the Sleep Mode features are both turned off. Keep in mind these features will prevent the device from vibrating, receiving notifications, goal celebrations and reminders.
If the issue persists, please try restarting the device as well following these steps.
