I have a Charge 4 with Android phone, and notifications have stopped working. No e-mails, no texts, no phone calls. The only notification I get is from an authentication app I use to get into my work PC, but it doesn't pop up and vibrate right away. I have to drag down from the clock face to see the notification hiding there, tap it and then approve my log in.
Before it would pop up, vibrate and let me see the notification right away. Same with e-mails etc, they don't show at all.
I have the latest firmware, I have synced, all my notification settings are correct in the Fitbit app. I have no idea how to solve this. Any suggestions? Maybe something to check in my phone settings that I've missed?

My Charge 4 has stopped showing notifications on my iPhone. I have all the updates and have rebooted according to their directions.. VERY FRUSTRATED.

I just chatted with customer support. After following all the updates and reboots I was frustrated. Then I contacted customer support and they walked me through very concise and easy steps. It worked! Yahoo!

I haven’t been able to get notifications for over a year. I called customer service and tried everything they suggested. Nothing worked. My charge is pretty much useless except for counting my steps each day.
