Charge 4 quit working.

This is my third FitBit which stopped working. On the charger it keeps vibrating. The smiley face shows but nothing else appears on the face and I believe this shows it has been reset; however, It does not respond to or with the app as it doesn’t find it on Bluetooth. I have no idea if it is fully charged unless the smiley face indicates that. So tired of an apparent death once more of yet another FitBit.

Hello @Miglet 

Try placing your Charge 4 into its charger then press the side button until you see the smiley face reappear then release the button. You should feel the Charge 4 vibrate indicating it has restarted. I’m hoping that fixed the issue. If not allow the Charge 4 to remain in the charger for about 30 mins then try the restarting method again.

I did that already several times. The only thing that appears on the screen is a smiley face to show it has reset. The charge 4 does not communicate with the app. When I try to set it up as a new device, it searches but never finds it. I have turned bluetooth off and on and I have wifi..no problems there. Today, I have cleaned the sensors on the watch and the charger to no avail or difference.
