My Charge 4 is only 4 yrs old and the screen appears to have faded and died. This was fine as it appeared to be syncing fine until today when it changed the last few days to todays stats. Now I can't reboot my fitbit as I can't see the screen to do so.
I bought this as my 3yr old Charge 2 had died and wouldn't charge at all.
This is becoming a costly experience especially being as I bought good hardy straps for both of them and I have a medical condition that I monitor my sleep and heart rate for.
Please can someone advise what I should do?? I'm broke and at my wits end with this device.
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Welcome back to the forums @KiwiJaxx.
Thank you for sharing those details regarding the difficulties that you are experiencing with Charge 4.
I understand your concern in this situation.
In case you haven't done so, please open the Settings app on your Charge 4, tap Brightness and try adjusting the brightness level. Additionally, press and hold the button, swipe left to access the quick settings screen and make sure the Sleep Mode is turned off. That way the screen's brightness isn't set to dim.

I’ve gone through all steps and once with a chat helper. Nothing more can be done but to buy a new tracker which also won’t last 3 years!! This has been a bad experience. And you can’t see the screen to see anything in settings!
