Recently my Charge 4 is so dim I can only read it if I’m in a dark room. The brightness is set to normal and sleep mode is off. Has lots of battery power (doesn’t matter if it’s fully charged or needing a charge). I’m stumped?

Thanks for getting back to us @Jgordey. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 4 screen is so dim. Thank you for letting us know that you have checked brightness settings and that it has lots of battery power. I'll be happy to assist.
Please check that your tracker is not set on Do Not Disturb mode and change your device's clock face with the instructions of: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

Hi, @Jgordey , this is a very common fault with old Charge 4s. I have seen it many times and experienced it myself with my own device. The good news is that the Fitbit continues to work, and you can still see all your info in the app as long as the tracker continues to function otherwise. The bad news is that there is no fix and no amount of restarting or changing the clock face will change things. This is a hardware fail.
