I have a Charge4 with a dim screen. I was able to see it in a dark room to set the screen brightness level to "normal" but that didn't work. I uninstalled and then reinstalled the app, restarted the charge4 and reconnected to the new app and still no visible screen. Chatted with Fitbit while doing all of the above. They are supposed to review my warranty and email me but I know I'm out of warranty. The watch functions correctly and I can see my activity on the app. It would just be nice to see it on the watch as well. Thoughts? Thanks!

My watch just got dim today and I can't fix it either.

My husband just fixed it.
Press button to get different command choices.
Then scroll to screen wake and tap it or press side button.
Apparently I had put screen to sleep.
