Disappointed Tracker's screen

Dear Fitbit support team Since Jul. 2019, i bough one Charge 3, and 3 pcs of Charge 4 in Apr 2020. In Mar 2020, my Charge 3 was broken and i was refunded Once Charge 4 release in Vietnam, i bought 3 pcs for my parents and I. Now, 2 out of 3 has dark screen, one has dimmer than normal screen. All 2 dark screen Charge 4 are still working, the light in back still on , still vibrate, i try to restart /reset, but still no light in the screen, even the smiley face can not be seen. Unfortunately , i have just remove it from my phone, it has no connect with any phone, even when I try to connect, my phone do find out the Charge 4, but because of dark screen, i can not see the code to connect. I’m really disappointed. I’m really wondering whether fitbit try to make a product with only a little bit more than 01 year life, and we must pay for new one? I have never seen any tracker with such short lifetime. I write this letter with no hope to find any solution from Fitbit, because i know the answer will be sorry, because Vietnam has no warranty center, the Tracker can not be fixed. But i think i must feedback to you, and express my pity that You have a great functional tracker that can meet up with the needs of many people, but the screen is awful. Always the problem of the screen 😵💫😵💫😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I understand how you feel about this and I'm sorry you had this experience. Have you tried to troubleshoot your devices? 

 

I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

 

Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.

 

If the issue persists please contact our Support Team.
