Charge 4 screen won't respond

My fitbit face is stuck on the calorie screen and I am unable to get to the steps heartrate screen. I've tried putting it on the charger and holding the button to restart but it won't restart. I see everyone else is having multiple issues since an update and wonder if this is another bug from that?

I appreciate you share your experience and the troubleshooting performed. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.

 

Also you can try to change your clock face, if this fixes the issue, you can change it back to the original clock face. If you are using a third-party clock face, please switch to a Fitbit clock face and try the troubleshooting again.
