Bought my husband a new Charge 5 and wanting to clear the data on my Charge 4 so I can give it to a friend. When I go to tap on the "Settings" icon, the watch is unresponsive. All other icons work. Hopefully someone can help me trouble shoot this. TIA.

Is the Charge 4 still paired to your/your husband's Fitbit account?
If so please verify on the app (profile picture>Charge 4)what the firmware version of the Charge 4 is installed. You can verify this also on the setting on the Charge 4 itself.
You should see V. 1.100.43
If you see a lower version, you should wait until the update is available on the app.
Or you can give it to your friend and as soon as they set it up with their account, the data will be overwritten, and you friend will be the one to have to wait for the Firmware update.
