Hey, i just opened the box on my charge 4 follow the instructions on the app, and it seems to just be bricked. No icon on the screen, not detected by phone, vibrated if you press the button on the side but that is it. Its been on the charger for a while now so should have power

Is this a common thing? Does anyone know how to help?

When you put the Charge 4 to charge does it vibrate?

Have you tried restarting it?How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Did you see the smiley?

Have you read this?Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
