Hi all, bought my Charge 4 in July 2021. Also bought Walmart's "Protection Plan". The part of the band that attaches to the watch itself broke with the actual connector part breaking off inside the band itself (if that makes sense). I contacted Walmart's AllState insurance and they told me to reach out to manufacturer. After reading through messages here evidently this is an ongoing problem. I would like to contact customer service personally (online) but cannot find any way to initiate a live chat. I love my watch but clearly it's useless in it's present state. ANY advice, input would be very much appreciated.

I have the same problem but my entire clip is gone and haven't heard back from fitbit about it.

I had the same thing happen last week. My Fitbit Charge 4 was two weeks past it’s one year purchase date. I could not find it so checked my clothes from the night before. It was stuck inside the sleeve of my raincoat. It was broken in the exact same place as yours. I just replaced the band which broke in July. They offer a discount to purchase a replacement but this was my 4th or 5th Fitbit and I am done with this brand. Despite good care they break just after the one year mark. I bought a Garmin this morning.
