I hv same problem of strategy detachment as LV@LA.

Would like to find some help as well.

I'm just curious trying to figure out what either "shape detachment" or "strategy detachment" might be.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
