Swapped/upgraded to Charge 4 seem to have gone back. Only get basic sleep info, no REM, DEEP etc no sleep score, no estimated oxygen. Tech support very poor, think going to have to return and go back to charge 2 or buy and apple.

Same issue here.. my partner has her own charge 4 and it works for her. we swapped and my Fitbit worked for her but hers didn't for me..
This device doesn't pick up sleep details for me ..that's just how it is

Did you change your sleep sensitivity? I had to adjust mine.

I did... Sleep sensitivity makes no difference.
Adjusted the strap, I've worn it loose and tight.
It just will not work for me... I always get basic sleep details.
The only thing I can think that makes it a problem is that I have a mechanical heart valve. My heart rhythm is normal, my blood pressure is good, I'm not overweight.. Fitbit charge 4 is no good for me..
I even had a replacement device under warranty after the first one died ( black screen) and that still only records basic sleep.
So 2 separate devices for me, and my partner's device ... 3 different Fitbit charge 4, none of which pick up anything but basic sleep.
At some point I might change devices but it does for now.

None of this has helped. Tried a reboot, didn’t help. Tried clear user data, didn’t help. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn’t help.
