For the past several weeks, my Charge 4 has stopped counting steps on my watch just as I'm about to reach my set steps goal. E.g. if I've set my goal as 6000 steps, it stops counting at 5995. If 6500 it stops counting at 6455, etc. This happens at least once or twice a week. Everything else looks normal. I reset the watch each time - sometimes it restarts recording steps again after 1 reset, sometimes I have to reset 2-3 times. My current work-around is to increase my steps goal to an unrealistic number, but then of course I don't get rewarded with my star 🙂 Is there anything else I can try?
