Over a month ago my Charge 4 stopped synching. I gave up trying to fix it but am trying again. I can't access the main menu, dashboard, etc. on my Mac and when I try, i just get a spinning wheel. On my i phone it just says it is unable to download and to try again. My device now displays the date of Dec 23 and incorrect time and I hadn't been wearing it for at least a month and it had stopped synching before that. I restarted it several times. The battery is nearly charged. Not sure what to do about these multiple problems.

You restarted several times. Have you try deleting and reinstalling the app? If you are using VPN and/or ad blocker, you may want to try switching these off one at a time or both.

Thank you for the suggestion. I'm not sure if deleting and reinstalling the app made the difference but a couple of days later I seem to have gotten all the functions back.
