Hello @BetsyK1
Look at your Bluetooth settings and make sure it’s listed as connected. Try turning your Bluetooth, wait a few seconds then turn your Bluetooth back on. If the problem persist try restarting your Charge 4 to see if that helps your syncing issues: https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1186.htm. Also look to make sure that both your mobile device as well as your Fitbit App is up to date.
😉 Let me know if this helps get your Charge 4 syncing again.

Oh I didn’t know you have already been in contact with Fitbit Customer Service @Kljorgy Hopefully they will sort it out for you then. Did they recommend trying to change your clock face through the Fitbit App? https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2311.htm I have seen this help others with screen issues. Maybe it might work for you

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried that but without success.
Both my phone and Charge 4 are up to date.
I turned off my phone's Bluetooth and tried to restart my charge. My charge 4 vibrated, smiled and then "died". I charged it yesterday so that shouldn't be the problem.
Still nothing.
