We purchased the Charge 4 a few years ago for our Mother and it has been nothing but a pain! It continues to lose bluetooth connection, won’t sync, or pair! We have tried everything recommended to fix it…restart, remove it from bluetooth, check for software updates, forced restart, etc. It’ll fix it for a day or two and kick it right back out. We are in the process of throwing this one out and finding her a different brand all together. It’s so disappointing that so many people have expressed the same issues with this tracker and it still has not been resolved!!
