How to troubleshoot and fix the issue of Charge 4 showing negative temperature...please help

If you mean during sleep, it is not negative temp.  it just shows difference from your usual. Negative means last night, skin temp was slightly lower than usual; baseline is not 0 but your average.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
