Just did my first treadmill walk (not a run, just a walk) using the treadmill option on my charge 4. The activity was recorded and shows in the app, including distance, calories and steps (1100), but those steps don’t seem to transfer into the total step count for my day. Not particularly important, since I don’t live and die by the fitbit. Just a way to keep an eye on things generally.
Total steps for that time period show about 300 (in my daily step total) but 1100 for the recorded treadmill activity logged. My arms swing freely while I walk, at about a 1.6 kph pace so it’s a decent clip for a walk.
Why don’t those 1100 steps get added into my daily total?

@Quaydvt , A warm welcome to the Community! Thank you for your message and information.
Did this happen only with treadmill, or with other activities too?
Has this happened again after your report?
How did you recorded your treadmill walk? Did you started it by yourself n the Charge 4, did you let the tracker autorecognize it or did you input the data manually into the app?
In the meantime, please log out from the Fitbit app.
Restart your phone (off/on)
Log in and see if the steps are shown in the daily steps?
