Charge 4 unable to toggle Screen Wake off/on

My Fitbit 4 recently stopped waking with a wrist flick.

I've seen the other posts about this, but my problem is still not solved.

I hold the button down to get to the Screen Wake option.  It appears to be on, in that there is no line across the words, but it still doesn't wake up regardless of how hard / soft I flick my wrist.

Pressing the other options in DND and Sleep functions do change those settings. 

Pressing the Screen Wake does nothing and it continues to display

I’m sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for trying to get them resolved before contacting us.

If DND and Sleep Mode are turned off and Screen Wake is turned on but you continue having difficulties, please restart your Tracker by following these steps.
