Charge 4 - vibrating but blank screen

Hi,

 

I bought the Charge 4 from Amazon last April. The strap broke and Amazon/Fitbit replaced it.

 

The replacement has stopped charging. Tried all the reset options, change clock face, syncing with another phone (asks to put code from Fitbit screen into app) but no joy. When its on charge its vibrating so its still alive but the screen is still blank. 

Looking for some more options to try please

Just to confirm, did you read and follow the tips here?:Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Do you see the smiley after restarting the Charge 4?

After checking the Fitbit app the device is actually fully charged but the screen is blank. Its vibrates so is acknowledging when you press the button on the side but doesn’t come to life.
