Hi,
My fitbit recently went dead so I wanted to charge it. When I connected it the procentage was not going up, also after a whole night of charging and when I disconnect it, it won’t stay on and immediatly goes black again. I’ve tried different outputs, but nothing works. I think the connection is damaged, either on the fitbit or the cable.
I am still within my warranty, so I would like to hear a solution for this. I use an Iphone 11pro for synching.

Hi there, @Maanstof. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Charge 4 before reaching out.

I also tried all of the above, but nothing works. It doesn’t seem like something I can fix myself, so I’d like to hear another solution.

Me too. So disappointed with this. Charged it once on Christmas day (with difficulty) and now it won't charge at all! Tried all of the above.
