Anybody experiencing this? Any suggestions? Thanks! I even get the congratulations email when I wake up. Sigh...

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @cranberry2014.

I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you experienced with your Fitbit Charge 4. Thank you for the information provided.

If this is the first time you get this issue, please restart your Tracker by following these steps. Then, please monitor your Charge 4 and if you ever experience this situation once again, please let us know.

You can negate the extra data by following the instructions in this article in the menu "How do I delete steps and floors in the Fitbit app?".

Have a nice day.

I cannot remove this phantom 3am exercise per the instructions; it does not show up in the app. Any other suggestions?

I have managed to get rid of the steps by entering a driving activity as suggested, but the badges are still there. Any ideas on how to remove these?

Thank you for visiting the Fitbit Community, @WiganKebab.

I'm glad to hear that you've been able to remove the unearned steps.

Our team is constantly working to improve our products and services, but doesn't currently have plans to add a way to remove badges from a Fitbit account. For more information, please visit this feature suggestion.
