Won’t charge. Been in the charger all day off and on. I wish they would advance the charging system.

How do you charge your Charge 4? On a Pc or wall socket?

Have you tried the steps and tips here: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?

Thanks Juan. It worked. Took a paper towel and wiped both charge points.
