In a Zumba workout, or during yoga, the Charge 4 buzzes my wrist. I must stop the workout to see if it's a work or personal call I must take, and see a message like "You're earning!"
I have spent too much time researching and and making changes, trying to fix this. Have removed all goals, but can't remove the 10,000 step goal, not sure why.
The Charge 4 is a replacement for a Fitbit that failed. The earlier two fitbits did not interrupt workouts, except with calls or texts, and fireworks when I hit 10,000. Wish I could return this Charge 4, and get a Fitbit that did not interrupt.
Has anyone found a solution for this? I must fix it, or find a different tracker. Thanks in advance for the help.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you. If it is what I think, you turn them off in 'Settings' on your wrist. It is called either "Active Zone Minutes Notifications" or just 'Heart Zone Notifications'.

"You're earning" doesn't sound like like reaching step goal. Read the full message and I suspect it will say "You're earning Zone Minutes. Keep it up.", meaning your heart rate just increased to fat burning zone.
I'll try to find where to turn that off later, unless someone else finds it first.
Are you using Exercise App at the time?
