Charge 4 won't connect

Charge 4 stopped syncing with my Huawei p30 lite on 15th of August. I've tried so many things and am ready to smash this thing. Can anyone please help. I can't get through to Fitbit for assistance.

It still won't connect, no matter how many times I've uninstalled, forced stop, turned Bluetooth off and on andturned phone off and on.

I am having the same issue with my Charge 4 and iPhone. The watch has worked perfectly for over a year and suddenly stopped syncing. I’ve tried everything from deleting and reinstalling the app, factory resetting the watch, forgetting Bluetooth, literally everything I’ve found via Google search I’ve tried to no avail. It’s very frustrating. Any solve on this?

@Clairealf  customer support is there to help you. I posted how to get with them above. Try to get them. They often have suggestions we don't have in the community. Here, in the community, we're just people who use Fitbit.
