My charge 4 is not working needs to be charged several times a day. Is there a fox. I was hoping it would last longer.

@latina4you , Nice to see you here. Thank you for your message.

Quick question: Do you use the GPS on the Charge 4 when you have to charge it several times on a day?

Keep in mind that the GPS usage might consume the battery faster as the normal use of the tracker.

Have you tried this: Can I extend my Fitbit device's battery life?

For clarity, are you saying that with gps usage, it would be acceptable to have to charge several

times a day?  That has not been my experience.  I agree it uses battery more quickly, but I have not experienced that level of battery drain.  Sounds like a different issue

@Skere , Nice to see you around.  If you use the GPS, the battery may last up to 10 hours. Depending on the setting, how often the tracker synchronized or if you record different GPS activities and battery status before the first activity, it might come that  it would be needed to charge more than once on a day.
