Charge 4 won't work

I've had all the errors in the last 12 hours

1. Face wouldn't turn on. Fitbit would just vibrate whenever I pushed the side button. Green sensor on the back kept blinking, though.

2. I tried to restart it using the App. App can't find the Charge 4

3. I plugged in the Fitbit thinking the battery might be low even though I charged it yesterday. It vibrated and then the smiley face came on. Smiley Face didn't go away.

4. Held the button on the side for 8 seconds for a restart. Smiley face went away, but it still won't turn on. 

5. Now the Charge 4 vibrates when I push the side button, but doesn't turn on. The Green sensor light on the back isn't on.

6. Tried again to restart using the app. App can't find the Charge 4. Verified that Bluetooth is turned on on iPhone.

 

What should I try next?

 

This is getting very frustrating. I've had several small issues with this Charge 4. I bought the 4 after my Charge 2 died after 11 months and Fitbit refused to replace it.
