Hi am utterly disappointed with fitbit as my device is still under warranty and is not working. First it was not syncing now it will not even come on. I chatted to an agent yesterday and he said that they would replace it and I would get a replacement email but rather I received a discount voucher number of 35% off another device. No fitbit I want you to replace my faulty device not but another one. I have endless issues with fitbit and I'm losing trust in you guys.

I would say dont' even ask for replacement, instead ask for a refund as charge 4 will never pair with your phone.
