I have owned 4 Fitbits and given 2 as gifts.  This last one I have had for 4 months and the band broke from the plastic so there is no replacing it.  When I called the representative I was  told to send pictures of the damage which I did.  Instantly an email reply from Fitbit and told me they no longer handle replacement claims via email...how do I get a replacement?  Who do I contact?
