I keep getting a notice I still have a chat open with cust service. How do I get that off?

@ROXASGD11 , Nice to see you in the Community! Thank you for your message. 

 

If you are seeing the chat window on the phone, please try to force quit the Fitbit app. 

Tap on the multitasking button on the screen and then swipe the app. 

 

 

If you are seeing the window on your browser, just close the window with it.
