Charge 4.

I recently noticed my charge 4 has stopped recording calorie count during my walks and other workout activities.  I have rebooted the device 3x and it did not fix the issue.  Is there something else I can do?

Not recording calorie count - my hunch is that it is still recording calories but maybe you are not seeing them in a certain display.  Does you daily calorie burn total increase from an exercise session?

Where exactly are you looking that you don't see calories being recorded, and on tracker or phone app?

Do you also think other data such s step count is not being recorded, or is it just calories?

I took a 3 mile walk. My gps showed where I went. I looked at stats. Map, splits, heart rate, energy. The energy is not showing. Says not enough data. When 2 weeks ago, everything showed up. Otherwise, calories is recorded in other areas.

If you use iPhone, check for Fitbit app update.

I have a motorola android. Had no issues with fitbit until 2 weeks ago. I only use my phone when walking, cycling or when grandkids are with me.
