My Charge 4 no longer comes on by tapping or moving my wrist. It only activates by pressing the button on the side

Probably have Screen Wake turned off; if not might be in Sleep Mode.

Can see both in Quick Settings by pressing side button a few seconds.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Thanks for the reply. I haven’t looked closely at all the settings since I purchased this Charge 4. Sure enough, I found that I had SLEEP turned on. It’s fine now. Your kind response was appreciated.
