I have just purchased a Charge 4 and cannot get it to work. It keeps telling me to download the app or update fitbit.
I have the app downloaded onto my Lenovo Thinkpad via Windows 10. It is showing as being synced to my Charge 4 so don't understand why the Charge 4 will not work. Any ideas?

Hi @Jan0848 you have a compatible phone? You can't pair the Fitbit to your computer, just your phone.
