@Instrumental1 Your screenshot didn't come through. Can you clarify something please? Are you trying to change this on your mobile app or the web dashboard? If you are using the mobile app, do you use Android or iPhone?

Hello @Instrumental1
I might be able to help. I believe I understand your question properly. (Fingers crossed) You want to alter the “About Me” section of your Fitbit Profile. If that is indeed it open your Fitbit App, Tap your Profile picture then tap your profile picture a second time then tap personal. In this section you can alter your “About Me”. Once you make the desired changes then sync your Fitbit tracker to reflect the changes. **if you can’t get to any of these settings because you said in your post it was greyed out then try logging out of the Fitbit App, restart your mobile device, log back in and then try the steps I described) While your on the Fitbit App you can also alter your privacy if you like. Here’s how: open your Fitbit App, tap your profile picture then scroll down to and tap Social & Sharing then tap Privacy. Here you can alter what you allow the public to see, your friends only to see or lock away from everyone.
On another note….you said you got a link 404 error trying to connect to online link during your visit with Fitbit Customer Care. Sometimes I see individuals get that error because of VPN being used. If you are then that might explain the error.
😃 I hope that provided you with the answer you were seeking. Please let me know
