My charge 4 just all of a sudden shut down black screen will not charge and it still shows 41% battery  . What can you help me with ? Thank you

Hi, @Joannegradt53 , have you tried giving it a restart ?  That can solve many issues - especially if the Fitbit is unresponsive.
