Charge 4

My fitbit charge 4 broke again yesterday, the end snapped off.  This was a refurbished replacement from fitbit this year. My original one also snapped in the same place. Fitbit has refused to replace it  I have been with fitbit since 2016. Has anyone else had these issues or similar problems

Hi @Fountain, Yes, this is a long known problem with the Charge 4. Your replacement pebble’s warranty expires on the date of your original Charge 4, that is probably the reason that it wasn’t replaced. Amazon sells third party bands that encompass the pebble, eliminating the need to use the connectors. The brand names are Supcase, Saufly, Kakurookie, Ninki, & Goeseth. Below is a picture of what they look like.  I hope this helps.
