Well, hello. I'm just so frustrated now... My Charge 5 is almost not counting my steps, even i specificly say to take GPS from my phone, or from built-in GPS, whatever settings. everything else is tracking perfectly - sleep, heart rate etc. I tryed all kinds of settings, reset the default, tryed all kinds of settings change. Maybe i miss something, because this is happening for like 1-2 months now. HELP.

"almost" not counting steps - what does that mean?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Almost means, some days it wakes up, and starts notmaly for THAT DAY counting steps. Sometimes it counts like 2-3 hours, and sometimes when i wake up and it vounts like 14 og 25 steps and stops. No more counting that day. No system, no nothing, i try to restart it, nothing works.
