Charge HR Loosing Steps

Hi I was trying to sync my fitbit with the app after doing a long walk and I somehow cleared my steps total on my fitbit. Is there anyway to retrieve these? It was almost 9000 steps😞 gutted to loose these from my daily count. Thanks in advance

@Verena2303 Welcome to the Fitbit family! Thanks for taking the time to share the experience you have had with your Charge HR erasing those steps.

 

This is very strange. I'd recommend performing a restart on your Charge HR to prevent this from happening again. This should refresh its inner components and help out.

 

As for the lost steps; you could manually log the activity you did. This will recover those steps and you won't loose the activity.
