Charge HR Not Turning On

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Fitbit blinks green when plugged in, shows the full battery life and the 4 numbers when I am linking it to my app but it will not turn on to show me my steps or anything like that. I have reset it multiple times but am unable to do a factory reset because when to go to unplug it after the initial 2 seconds in the begining it is completely unresponsive. After reading how quite a few other people are having this problem I am pretty invlininthr think that Fitbit had something to do with this with the last update and it is intentional. Pretty shady in my opinion. I might be wrong but doubt it. Guess it's time to find another company to buy a tracker from.

Hello sir, i have the same problem with my fitbit charge HR .. when i try to turn it on the screen is just empty or blank. But when i charge it, i press on then the icon of a battery with exclamation mark (!) comes out then after i try again to turn it on by pressing the battery icon with thunder comes out but still i cannot turn on my device. I bought the item in caroussel said its brand new. I already connected my device to fitbit app.

So frustrating. It really makes me nervous to buy a new tracker ever
through Fitbit. I have been looking into getting one from Garmin.

I'm having the same problem and returned the first one because I thought it was broken. Now the new one is doing the same thing. I'm sending it back if I can't get it to work and not buying fitbit again...

My won't do anything.  Won't charge.  Dead.  I have taken care of this device.  Very upset.  I know how you feel.  When I bought my device it was not cheap.
