Hi I tried to update my charge HR last night and it has got stuck half way through! Now it won’t do anything !! I have tried hard reset, turn off, unsync everything!!!

i cannot get the screen to change at all it’s just a half completed line it won’t even show if it’s  charging 

help!

@Madge5 Welcome to the Fitbit forums! Thanks for taking the time to post the situation you are experiencing with your Charge HR not updating its firmware. Thanks for trying those steps in order to sort this out.

 

In this case, I'd recommend checking and trying all of the steps shown on this helpful article. Follow the steps in the order given for best results.
